The jurists of the Imamate on the issue of the Hashemite share have three sayings one of them is the saying of the triple shareholding with the ownership of each share of them, and the second of them is the saying of the natural and all-inclusive ownership of these three items, and the third is the saying not to contribute, but all of it is one share in the hands of the Imam, and the three types are pure banks.

The last two sayings are sources of the saying of most contemporary jurists.
