Abstract EN

The study discusses the the Israeli occupation crimes in the Palestinian territories, especially those international crimes which constitute a problem agaisnt the humanity in the light of the provisions of the statute of the criminal court and the international commitments.

therefore, the study came to clarify the general framework for those crimes by explaining the available mechanisms to prosecute a lawsuit in front of the criminal justice nationally and internationally represented in the international criminal court, international special courts, and national courts.

the study used the legal method thus it came as a deduction of some international legal rules then extraploating of some texts related to the statute of the international criminal court with adapting that to the palestinian case.
