Abstract EN

The study aimed to demonstrate the impact of the use of e-commerce in the study sample banks, highlight its role in the performance of employees, and determine the nature of the relationship between its components(networks, software, hardware and equipment) and the efficiency and effectiveness of the employees' performance.

the study assumed : there is a statistically significant relationship between electronic management and improving the performance of the organization's employees.

the descriptive and analytical approach was used, and data for the study was collected by designing a questionnaire.

a simple random sample of (011) workers representing (48%) was selected.

the study found a positive relationship between devices, equipment and efficiency.

there is a partial positive relationship between e-governance and effectiveness.

there is no relationship between networking and effectiveness.

there is no relationship between software and effectiveness.

the study recommended providing software that contributes to decision-making, problem solving and preparing administrative reports.

upgrade all software used in the bank.

providing networks that modernize the management method to facilitate the administrative work of the bank.
