In this paper, we are interested in the impact of the integration of CSR on managerial and Strategic development, In order to conceptualize and define the process by which companies integrate into their strategies the Principles of CSR while relying on the guidelines of the ISO 26000 standard, we conducted an empirical study within the CEVITAL.
As such, the results of this study demonstrate that the company has adopted a long-term and proactive commitment to CSR, which leads it to formalize a real structured project, thus integrating itself substantially into its corporate social responsibility policy business
Abstract FRE
L’objectif de cet article est de vérifier l’impact du l’intégration de la RSE sur le développement managériale et stratégique.
Ainsi, en vue de systématiser le processus de l’intégration de la RSE selon la norme ISO 26000 au sein de sa stratégie.
À l’issue de l’étude conduite au sein de l’entreprise Cevital, nous avons conclu que la mise en place d’une démarche RSE selon le référentiel de la norme ISO 26000, a conduit l’entreprise Cevital à émettre une stratégie intégrale et anticipée par la création de comités ad hoc dans le but de mieux gérer la mise en place du processus d’intégration de la RSE au sein de l’entreprise.
