The legal effectivity, transferring estate property to land registry, needs to be validated between the will's parties, and even others.

Yet, the management of real estate properties, as far as wills are concerned, is not subject to this case.

The will on real estate is not valid to confront the testator only after death as being irrelevant until death.

Additionally, the testator maintains the right to revert his will, and in this case, it will not be effective to confront debtors again only after death since their rights are prioritized than the claimants.

Apart from these, the will shall be valid in heirs' favour after death, and thus, have all rights in their hands.

Yet, they still cannot manage any legacy only after probating their rights considering the formalities used in the settlement of real estate properties.
