The administrative judiciary in Algeria knows remarkable developments especially when the state council through with his judge intervenes in the process and proposing texts ideas that improve judicial work in the administrative matter, the constitution of 2020 states in his article 179 construction the administrative court of appeal this is considered a new challenge for the state council in order to contribute in easing the judicial burden on them as a result of the many disputes befor them especially those related to appeals against the rulings of the administrative courts so this study sheds light on the most important texts that must be amended to be line with the prospects of justice reform I, Algeria.
