Therefore, divorce of all kinds was legislated to break an unhappy marital bond, and the Algerian law stipulated that this divorce only proves By a judicial ruling, but it was not permissible to appeal the divorce ruling except in its material aspects, but he permitted the appeal against the ruling of divorce, and he was silent about the rest of the other methods of appeal, and therefore the matter remained ambiguous, especially since divorce is a legal ruling derived from Islamic Sharia, which is strict in its provisions, so it cannot be violated.

The question that arises is whether it is permissible to challenge divorce rulings through opposition, and through the objection of third parties outside the litigation, as well as a request for reconsideration? .
