The principle of clarity in the provisions of the constitutional judiciary is of great importance, because when these provisions are clear, easy and understandable to the addressees, they would achieve judicial and legal security for the addressees, because ambiguity and lack of clarity in judicial judgments contribute to interpretation, and thus individuals lose confidence in the judicial institution.
