Arab laws have determined the age of marriage, but since their societies have been accustomed to marrying those who are under the legal age by the validity of the contract in Shariaa, This marriage is permitted on the condition of the guardian's approval and the judge permission if natural puberty is achieved, but if it is delayed, the majority of jurists believe that the assumed age of puberty is fifteen, which is called judgmental puberty, where the endurance of their bodies is required, especially for a woman if able to bear the burdens of household, pregnancy and child rearing.

The Algerian legislator has permitted the marriage of adolescents with the permission of the judge for necessity, provided that physical and material capacity is achieved, but it did not specify the allowed age of marriage, which is a very important for adolescent marriage, and more appropriate for the legislator to enact an article specifying the age that the judge authorizes the marriage.
