Sports games in General, and football in particulaire, have moved from being a popular sport to a global phenomenon, Therefor, the practice of sports is subject to some controls and conditions that ensure that sport does not deviate from the objecives entrusted to it, even if some sports require a certain degree of violence, such as boxing, but the rules of the game must be observed, violaton of the conitions or control is a criminal offense, the perpetrator of which falls under penalty of criminal punishment, and from hare most countries began to use the weapon o criminalization and punisment against some practices such as violence in stadiums sports, the use of sports crimes, and perhaps the best evidence for this is law 05/13 related to organizing and developing physical and sporting activities, as the algerian legislator came in chapter fourteen and stipulated a group of crimes termed as violations of words.
