الاقتباس فن مستظرف و لون من ألوان الكلام مستشرف، اعتنى به أهل القرآن و أصحاب البيان، و القصد منه تضمين مطلق الحديث آيات من كلام الرحمن، وذلك حين جادت به من البلاغة و الإعجاز فاقتا كل إنجاز و مجاز، و هذا في سائر الأعصار و جميع الأمصار.
فإذا عرفنا أن الاقتباس ضرب من ضروب البلاغة و بديع الأقوال.

، فإن مواقف العلماء و آرائهم حوله تباينت، وفي حكم توظيفه شعرا و تضمينه نثرا تنازعت، فبين مانع و منكر و مجيز و مؤثر، و بين هذا و ذاك من كان: للرأيين جامع و للخلاف مجبر.
وقد سار البحث وفق خطة تجسدت وفي عناصر تمظهرت: أولا: ثانيا: القرآن الكريم و اللغة العربية.
ثالثا: مفهوم القرآن الكريم و الاقتباس لغة و اصطلاحا.
رابعا: أنواع الاقتباس من القرآن الكريم.
خامسا: آراء العلماء في الاقتباس من القرآن الكريم: المنع، الجواز، التفصيل.

Citation is a good art.
Quran scholars hav dealt with it.
Its objective is to include Hadith and Quranic verses for their rhetoric and miracles.
Citation is one of rhetoric kinds and of a good speech.
Scientists opinions are variable about it.
They re opposite in terms of using it in poetry and prose.
Research has gone through a plan figured out in: introduction, Quran and Arabic, the concept of Quran and citation linguisticaiiy and terminoiogically, types of citation from Quran, scientists perspectives regarding citation from Quran including prohibition, rightful qnd detailed, and finally a conclusion including the important results.
