Abstract EN

Most countries seek to achieve stability at all levels to ensure the happiness and tranquility of their individuals.

We always find them eager to eliminate crime or reduce its dangers, including what was cross-border or what remained within national borders, of which drug trafficking was among the most practical phenomenon of the first crime, with the trafficking of arms and people, which has become a major problem that requires an intensification of efforts and an international and national organization to deal with this crime which erodes the body of society and undermines its stability.

Algeria was one of the first countries to do so due to its awareness of the danger of these toxins, as it followed a number of education and safety measures with the participation of various civil society organizations.

Which leads us to question the adequacy of these measures, and their effectiveness in achieving stability in Algerian society؟
