The main purpose of this research is not to leave the minor without judicial protection, so the minor needs redress and protection by the legislator by protecting him with legal rules related to the jurisdiction of the protection of the minor, such as the Belgian, Turkish and Hungarian legislators and UAE, , these legislations referred to legal rules related to jurisdiction.

That is, the protection of the minor is not completed in accordance with the law applicable to issues related to the minor, if there is no judicial authority competent to apply this law, then as a result there must be courts competent to consider the dispute and issues of the minor and apply the law to them, this court may be the court of the state of the minor's nationality.

Or the court of the minor's domicile or residence, or the court where the minor's money is located.
