The research importance was required by constructing a measuring tool that can gauge the psychological attitudes for teachers of education in Anbar province for the non-specialist.

The research problem has also been identified in building a scale that enables us to measure the psychological attitudes of non-specialized teachers towards practicing classroom and extracurricular activities.

This study aims to build a measure of psychological attitudes for non-specializations teachers of education in Anbar province, Iraq towards practicing classroom and extracurricular activities.

Then the researcher adopted the descriptive approach by the survey method for its suitability to the field research problem, and the research sample was chosen randomly from the total study samples.

The study sample was 508 teachers.

The questionnaires were used to get data after ensuring its validity by experts.

The questionnaires have 62 items which were classified into five categories.

the researcher has used the factorial analysis using SPSS software version for social sciences to analyze the Correlation treatments by the basic components method, and the factors were rotated according to the variables by the method of varimax rotation, three factors were extracted that was accepted, interpreted, and named which represented by the items that achieved the highest score on all the factors, and (60) items were able to explain the three factors.

The first factor was represented by (mental and physical health), the second factor (physical fitness), and the third factor (psychological disorders and sports culture).

As a result, the scale can be used in educational institutions to measure teachers' attitude towards the practice of sporting activities and its various activities, as well as the possibility of using the scale by researchers and specialists in psychological measurements and masters and Ph.
