Summary of the research The aim of the research is to design and standardize a scale to evaluate the performance of the physical education teacher in primary schools, with the design and standardization of a scale to evaluate the level of the physical education lesson in primary schools, and to design and standardize a scale to evaluate the performance of students in the physical education lesson in primary schools, while identifying the effectiveness of the physical education lesson in Primary schools according to the designed program, and the researcher used the descriptive approach in the survey method to suit the nature of solving the research problem, and the research sample was chosen in a deliberate way and consisted of {(100) primary schools (100) teachers (3945) students from the sixth grade students} from a total of schools and teachers And the pupils of Anbar Governorate, which numbered { (1127) schools (890) teachers (29, 730) students} respectively, and thus the research sample constituted a percentage of { (8.873% ) (11.235% ) (13.269% ) } respectively, and the researcher concluded an evaluation Physical education teachers in primary schools in Anbar Governorate according to the proposed form, with their evaluation of the physical education lesson in primary schools in Anbar Governorate according to the proposed form, and evaluating students' performance in schools The primary school of Anbar Governorate according to the proposed forms, with an assessment of the level of sports equipment in primary schools in Anbar Governorate.
