The aim of the research is to identify the level of psychological flow and the level of achievement motivation among teachers of physical education in the Directorate of Education of Nineveh Governorate, and on the level of psychological flow of teachers of physical education in the Directorate of Education in Nineveh Governorate, according to gender variables (male - female), and on the level of achievement motivation among teachers of education Sports in Nineveh Governorate Education Directorate according to gender variables (males - females), and on the relationship between psychological flow and the level of achievement motivation among physical education teachers in the Nineveh Governorate Education Directorate.

The researchers used the descriptive approach in the style of correlative studies for its relevance and the nature of the research.

The original research community for the study consisted of physical education teachers in the Directorate of Education of Nineveh Governorate and those affiliated with the schools of the Directorate of Education in Nineveh Governorate, including the districts and sub-districts of the governorate, where the number of teachers was (457) at a rate of 88, 223 while The number of female teachers was (61) with a rate of 11, 583, while the research sample consisted of physical education teachers in the Directorate of Education of Nineveh Governorate (the governorate center), and their number was (239) teachers and physical education schools at a rate of 46% , where the number of teachers was (197) and by 38, 030, while the number of female teachers (42) At a rate of 8, 108, the sample was chosen by a deliberate method, and this statistic was taken from the Planning Division of the Directorate of Education of Nineveh Governorate.

The researchers concluded that the physical education teachers in the Directorate of Education of Nineveh Governorate are characterized by a high level of psychological flow, and the level of achievement motivation, and there are no statistically significant differences in the level of psychological flow and the level of achievement motivation according to gender variables (males - females), and there is a statistically significant correlation relationship Between the psychological flow and the level of achievement motivation among teachers of physical education in the Directorate of Education of Nineveh Governorate, and it was recommended to urge teachers to organize lectures and educational courses on the concepts of psychological flow and the level of achievement motivation, and to conduct more studies related to the concept of psychological flow and achievement motivation on physical education teachers In Nineveh Governorate, with the preparation of psychological programs for players that would enhance the psychological flow and raise the level of achievement motivation for physical education teachers in Nineveh Governorate.
