The aim of the research is to develop exercises for the method of training the slopes downward to develop speed with changing direction with and without the ball for gymnasium football players.

As well as identifying the differences in speed by changing the direction with the ball and without a ball before and after performing the training curriculum, and the researcher used the experimental method, and the research sample was selected from the education team of 14 players, and the researcher concluded that there are teams in tests that ran 20 meters changing the direction without a ball in the dimensional measurement For the research sample the result of the effectiveness of the exercises that were used in the training curriculum in a way that enhanced the rapid strength of the leg muscles working in the reduction of these distances, as well as in the tests of running 20 meters, changing the direction of the ball in the post measurement of the research sample, and this indicates the development of the working muscle groups and their efficiency at the anchor points and the sudden fixation to change the direction of The body, and that the change of direction was at a high level when applied by the research sample at the end of the training program, and this indicates the development of working muscle groups and their efficiency at the anchor points and the sudden fixation to change the direction of the body.

Adjective as the results appear, withDesigning slopes in all stadiums for clubs practicing futsal soccer in the specifications that were used in the research for the purpose of conducting special exercises for speed according to the contents of the training program, and to emphasize the streamlining of performance and the transmission of kinetic thrust in the general joints of the body when changing the direction, whether with the ball or without a ball because of its importance in Economy of movement, aesthetics and the art of performance, and that the correct repetition of the performance of the ball and within reasonable limits of speed aims to increase the player's focus on feeling the optimal body when implementing the main stage in the performance
