Abstract EN

This study, entitled "the semiotics of revolutionary space in "the encircled corpse" by Kateb Yacine, seeks to find the representation of this semiotic space through the textual space of the play; and in which i will rely on the translation of “Malaka Abyadh; looking for the signs of revolutionary space contained in the the play: the city, the street, the Qasba, the shrine, the houses, the prison and cafeteria, from the angles of openness and closure as well as the effect of this on the articulated significance, relaying on space as the constant that does not change even its meanings are multiple.

however, this space has not been used separately, however it bond with it in multiple relationships that have made it impossible to understand its textual role without reference to it.
