Abstract EN

This study aims to identify the nature of quality assurance in higher education system, and to address the concept of resistance to organizational change, its causes, and to highlight the impact of resistance to organizational change to adopt quality assurance in higher education from the viewpoint of system administrators by addressing the state of the faculty of economic and business and management sciences at the Batna 1 university study.

the study found a number of findings, including: the faculty of economic and business and management sciences at the Batna 1 university is available on the standards of higher education quality assurance moderately system, and these standards varying from standard to another.

and the presence of a weak correlation between the independent variable of resistance to organizational change and changing the goal of ensuring the quality of the higher education system.
