Abstract EN

This study seeks to reveal the status of electronic management in public facilities and the requirements of activating its important roles in Morocco.

through the effects of the scientific revolution, the departments witnessed a digital transformation manifested in the modernization of their management methods based on technical means, which was credited with accelerating the services and processing the demands of the citizens in a reasonable time, which strengthened the citizen's confidence in the administration.

this shift has directly contributed to the approach to quality in the public service, in addition to establishing the level of administrative transparency by facilitating access to legal information.

however, the e-management site in public utilities will not have any management effect that has good governance indicators if a set of requirements are not available: whether organizational or societal, which serve as the pillar on which the administration relies in crystallizing its digital transformation.

public authorities have recently worked to adapt national legislation with digitization in the horizon of a digital code and qualifying the human element to ensure the implementation of this work.

to reduce the digital divide that hinders the access of all citizens to electronic services, this benefit will only be possible by building a digital society based on the use of modern technology in the demand for administrative services and all administrative transactions.
