هدفت هذه الدراسة لتوضيح دور العدالة التنظيمية في تحقيق الارتياح النفسي، باستخدام منهج البحث الوصفي المكتبي، وذلك بالاطلاع على مختلف الدراسات و الأبحاث التي عالجت الموضوعين، وتم التوصل إلى أن هنا دور تأثير مباشر للعدالة التنظيمية في تحقيق الارتياح النفسي و تدعيم ذلك بمجموعة من الدراسات السابقة حول الموضوع

This study aimed to clarify the role of organizational justice in achieving psychological well-being, using the descriptive desk research method, by looking at the various studies and research that dealt with the two topics, and it was concluded that here is a direct impact of organizational justice in achieving psychological well-being and this is supported by a set of previous studies on the subject
