Abstract EN

This study aims at identifying some historical facts that characterized the modern phase of Algeria's history, and we will focus on the Ottoman presence during the period of 1518-1830.

Accordingly, we will stand in our analytical reading at the expansions of the Ottoman experience in the governance and conduct of the Algerian country, and the resulting systems of different systems touched many political, social, economic and other aspects, and contributed significantly to the transfer of modern Algeria from one stage to another, depending on the temporal and historical development
