This study aims to know the role of stress tests in achieving banking and financial stability, using the experience of the Palestinian banking sector as a sample for conducting this study.

The study found that the Palestinian banking sector is a healthy and stable sector capable of withstanding various shocks and crises, through solvency tests (sensitivity analysis, scenario testing), liquidity analysis tests, interbank infection risk tests and macroeconomic risk tests.
