This study mainly focuses on the role that the media can play in the stability of the political system or on the contrary in its contribution to the transition from a system that it sees as a tyrannical system to a mature democratic system that allows these media to operate in a free space without hindrance restrictions.

The choice of the model of democracy in which regime change is described and evaluated remains highly problematic.

Indeed, to say that by performing such or such a function the mass media will )or not( contribute to the establishment of a democracy on the model of other democracies that already exist, can imply the idea that there will be mandatory paths <, the paths which must Taken by each new participant, therefore, the new countries in transition are studied not according to their originality and peculiarities, but primarily according to their mistakes, their failure to model "mature" democracies, often in North America or Europe.
