The introduction of technology in the fields of libraries and information is considered as one of the most important and powerful events that have taken place in this field during the 20th and 21st centu¬ries.

This; in fact, has helped the library to get out of the region, or the surrounding community to the possibility of making office services available to the whole world through Internet connectivity.

Added to this, the participation of more than one library in providing its services through the Internet, which has contributed in increasing the volume of the shared information and facilitating professional communica-tion between workers of the library in different countries to exchange their experiences and opinions.

The development of libraries and their use of technology helped in increasing the liaison between the library, as an institution, and the beneficiaries due to their sense that the library is sophisticated and keeping up with every new and not a rigid physical entity, which helps in increasing the relationship between the beneficiary and the library.

The development of the library and its use of the modern technology leads to the development of the library specialist so that he can use this technology as well as adapt it for use and the development of new services.

The present research identifies the role of social networks sites in the communication between specialists in the field of libraries.
