Democracy depends on all kinds of media, whether traditional or new, which can serve as a platform for the democratic debate and through which the freedom of expression is exercised.

This freedom is considered as one of the characteristics of the existence of democratic practice and an important indicator of the degree of progress of any society and the size of the democracy it enjoys.

The media is considered as one of the important pillars in every democratic transition, because media and democracy are Dual Syndrome, despite the researches difference in determining the first party from the second or vice versa.
