Abstract EN

This paper examines the relationship between the media in Algeria and people with special needs particularly deaf children, which can be described as limited as regards the number of specialized programs or programs centered on disability, which are broadcast by Algerian media.

the media which is supposed to play an important role through its effective contribution in shaping the thought and culture of people with special needs.

this led us to reconsider the different aspects of this deficiency of this media ad this to try to create a clear and purposeful media strategy for the benefit of category in Algeria.
