He must be capable of his role ,speeks fluently , his movements are well thought out, and he must prepare well for the programe, and fill all the gaps ,which people can notice .Above all else , he must have received an academic formation that includes all aspects of his job, and the most important being able to public speaking , he must have proven techniques , which summarizes the time and the speech in brief and useful phrases .Starting with rational arguments ,and linguistic mechanisms, which avoids falling into fallacies .This brings the announcer to the degree of technical excellence that qualifies him to perform successful roles in radio communication field
