Abstract EN

This research seeks to highlight the true picture of the importance of leadership alertness in the field of the educational service industry and its impact on the development of the University of Anbar, and the research attempt to contribute to framing the issue of the relationship between the concepts of leadership alertness and the quality of higher education.

The study relied on the descriptive analytical approach.

The University of Anbar was chosen as a research society.

The research sample focused on a group of heads of scientific departments at the university.

The number of the sample members was (60).

The data was collected using a questionnaire collected in a scientific way and subjected to tests of validity and reliability, as well as the use of a number of tools and methods.

Non-parametric statistics that fit the nature of descriptive research variables for the purpose of data collection and statistical analysis using the ready-made statistical program (SPSS) in data processing and extracting results, which resulted in extracting a set of conclusions, among which was that leadership vigilance has an important role in achieving the requirements of higher education quality at the university.
