The study aimed to shed light on the relationship of human skills as an independent variable, and job performance as a dependent variable.

A sample of (62) security leaders, and the study adopted the descriptive analytical approach in its procedures and used the questionnaire as a main tool in collecting data related to the field side, as well as field visits and interviews conducted by the researcher as he works in this field and is closely familiar with this field with the aim of The study variables were measured, and the obtained data were analyzed using the ready-made statistical software (SPSS, Ver.25).

Based on the description and diagnosis of the study's variables and through testing its hypotheses (correlation and influence relationships) between those variables according to the hypothetical scheme, the study reached a number of results, the most prominent of which were, that successful human skills relate to the individual's ability to deal with others in a good way, and create a spirit of teamwork They have, and how to influence their behavior, attract them to it, cooperate with it, and direct them in the direction that achieves the goals of the organization.

The study concluded with a number of proposals, the most prominent of which was the need for security leaders in the field of study to adopt the philosophy of human skills at all levels of administration and to adopt it as an entry point for the continuous improvement of its operations and increase its ability to adapt and respond immediately to the requirements of the environment and its external pressures in proportion to the nature of its work.
