Arabic Abstract

مواقع التواصل الاجتماعي لها تأثير كبير على جميع جوانب حياتنا و خاصة القطاع التعليمي.

تهدف هذه الدراسة إلى تحديد العوامل المؤثرة في استخدام الطلاب الفعلي لمواقع الشبكات الإجتماعية للأغراض التعليمية في الجامعات الأردنية.

يتكون النموذج المقترح من عوامل نظرية )UTAUT2 الجهد المتوقع ، الأداء المتوقع ، التأثير الاجتماعي ، تسهيل الظروف العادة ، الدافع المتعة(.

بالإضافة إلى عاملين مضافين (دعم المحاضر و العوامل المتعلقة بالطلاب ( كامتداد.

أجريت الدراسة في (6) جامعات أردنية، حيث تم إرجاع (411) استبانة من عينة الدراسة، منها 380 مقبولة للتحليل و بنسبة استجابة (93%) من مجموع الاستبيانات الموزعة على الإنترنت.

تم استخدام الحزمة الإحصائية للعلوم الاجتماعية (SPSS) لتحديد العوامل التي تؤثر على استخدام الطلاب الفعلي لهذه المواد للأغراض التعليمية.

أظهرت النتائج أن الجهد المتوقع، الأداء المتوقع، التأثير الاجتماعي، العادة، و دعم المحاضر و العوامل المتعلقة بالطلاب كان لها تأثير إيجابي كبيرعند ( α≤0.05 ).

أظهرت النتائج أن عوامل " تسهيل الظروف، الدافع المتعة لم يكن لها تأثير كبير، و بناءً على النتائج، قدم الباحث عددًا من التوصيات لمتخذي القرار في التعليم العالي و التي يمكن أن تنعكس إيجابا على زيادة تبني SNS للعملية التعليمية في الجامعات الأردنية الحكومية.

English Abstract

Social networks sites have a considerable impact on all our life aspects, especially the educational sector.

This study aims at identifying the factors affecting students’ actual usage of social networks sites for educational purposes in Jordanian universities.

The proposed model consists factors of the second version of The Unified Theory of Acceptance and Use of Technology theory (Effort expectancy, Performance expectancy, Social influence, Facilitating condition, Habit, Hedonic motivation).

In addition to two added factors (lecturer support, and studentrelated factors) as an extension.

The study was conducted in (6) Jordanian universities, where (411) questionnaires were returned from the study sample with (380) responses are acceptable for data analysis (a response rate of 93%) from the total questionnaires that were distributed online.

The statistical package for social sciences (SPSS 23.0) was used to determine the factors affecting the students' actual use of s for educational purposes.

The results revealed that "Effort expectancy, Performance expectancy, Social influence, Habit, lecturer support, and student-related factors" to have a significant positive impact at (α≤0.05).

The results showed that the factors "Facilitating condition, Hedonic motivation” did not have a significant impact.

Based on the results, the researcher introduced a number of recommendations for the decision makers in the higher education that could be positively reflected on increasing the adoption of SNS for educational process in public Jordanian Universities
