The research aims to determine the role of organizational intelligence in enhancing the outstanding performance of a selected sample of employees of the Salahuddin General Grain Trading Company.

The research problem in recognizing the role and impact of organizational intelligence in promoting outstanding performance, is there a clear corporate perception of the search for organizational intelligence and the concept of outstanding performance? The nature of their relationship? A hypothetical research scheme was adopted, through which research objectives and hypotheses were defined and researchers used the analytical approach to achieving results.

The resolution form was a key tool in the collection of data and information on the field aspect of research, and the State Grain Trading Company/Salahuddin Branch was selected as a field for research and testing.

The views of 106 employees of the company were explored, and the research came with a number of conclusions, the most important of which is that the research sample pays clear attention to outstanding performance.

The research also made a number of recommendations, the most important of which is the need for the company to adopt a research sample that employs organizational intelligence in its field of work and at all administrative levels in accordance with a purposeful vision that will enhance the performance of the same research firm.
