Abstract EN

The research seeks to shed light on the spread of slaves in India during the era of the Islamic Sultanate (602-932 AH / 1206-1526 AD) due to the large number of wars that the sultans were fighting, and they were capturing many of them the countries they were fighting, in addition to the fact that the Sultans used to bring slaves from the markets of slaves.

By buying them, and sometimes the merchants would offer slaves to the sultans, then they would take them and annex them to their slaves, and put them in places of service, each according to what he did well.

The research is based on a number of sources and references related to the history of Islamic India, as well as the introduction, two papers and the conclusion.

Key words: Slaves, Dehli, Trade, Markets, Prices.
