Arabic Abstract

تهدف هذه الدراسة إلى التعرف على أثر المسؤولية الاجتماعية للشركات على الميزة التنافسية في الشركات الصناعية المساهمة العامة المدرجة في بورصة عمان ، و لتحقيق هدف الدراسة استخدم المنهج الكمي نظراً لملائمته لطبيعة الدراسة كما استخدمت الاستبانة كأداة لجمع البيانات، و تم توزيع (53) استبانة صالحة لغايات التحليل الإحصائي، و تم استلام (35) استبانة بنسبة استرداد 66% ، و استخدمت الدراسة برنامج الحزمة الإحصائية للدراسات الاجتماعية (SPSS) لغرض تحليل البيانات و اختبار الفرضيات .

و توصلت الدراسة إلى مجموعة من النتائج أهمها : أن المسؤولية الاجتماعية للشركات ككل لها أثر ذو دلالة إحصائية على الميزة التنافسية، و أن هناك تباين في تاثير ابعاد المسؤولية الاجتماعية للشركات على الميزة التنافسية حيث أظهرت الدراسة الى وجود أثر مرتفع للبعد القانوني و البعد الاخلاقي على الميزة التنافسية بينما لم تتأثر الميزة التنافسية بالبعد الإقتصادي و البعد الخيري .

English Abstract

This study aims at identifying the impact of corporate social responsibility on competitive advantage in the public shareholding industrial corporates listed in Amman stock exchange.

In order to achieve the study objectives, the quantitative approach was used due to its compatibility to the study nature.

The questionnaire was used as an instrument for data collection.

The researcher distributed (53) questionnaires that are valid for statistical analysis, and (35) questionnaires were received, with a 66% recovery rate, and (SPSS) was used for analyzing the data and testing the hypotheses.

The results showed that corporate social responsibility in total has a statistically significant impact on competitve advantage and that there is a variation concerning the impact of corporate social responsibility dimensions on competitive advantage.

The results revealed that there is a high impact for the legal dimension and ethical dimension on competitive advantage, while competitive advantage was not affected by the economic dimension and the philanthropic dimension.
