Arabic Abstract
يهدف هذا البحث إلى تحديد العوامل التي تؤثر على رضا المواطنين الإلكترونيين عن خدمات الحكومة الإلكترونية التي تقدمها دائرة الأحوال المدنية و الجوازات في الأردن، مع مراعاة دور الوساطة في الثقة.
تم تحقيق هذا الهدف من خلال تطوير نموذج مفاهيمي استنتاجي افتراضي يشمل سبعة محددات مستقلة وهي ؛ (الميزة النسبية، التعقيد، التوافق جودة المعلومات جودة الموقع، الأمان و الخصوصية القلق) و تأثيرها المباشر على رضا المواطنين الإلكترونيين (المتغير التابع)، و المتغير الوسيط (الثقة).
تم اعتماد المسح كاستراتيجية رئيسية لجمع و تحليل البيانات الأولية و دراسة العلاقات بين المتغيرات.
تم تنفيذ المعالجة الإحصائية باستخدام حزمة IBM SPSS الإصدار 26 و Smart PS3 لتحليل المسار كحزمة البرامج الإحصائية الرئيسية.
أظهرت النتائج أن الميزة النسبية جودة المعلومات، الأمن والخصوصية، القلق والثقة) لها تأثير إحصائي كبير على التأثير على رضا المواطنين الإلكترونيين.
فيما يتعلق بالوسيط، كشفت النتائج أيضًا أن للثقة دورًا وسيطا في تأثير (الميزة النسبية، التعقيد، التوافق و جودة المعلومات على رضا المواطنين الإلكترونيين.
English Abstract
This research aims to determine the factors that affect e-citizens' satisfaction with the e-government services provided by the Civil Status and Passports Department in Jordan, taking into consideration the mediating role of trust.
This goal was achieved through developing a conceptual hypothetico-deductive model that encompassed seven independent determinants namely; (relative advantage ,complexity, compatibility, information quality, website quality, security and privacy, anxiety) and their direct impact on e-citizens‟ satisfaction (the dependent variable) ,and the mediating variable (trust).
The survey was adopted as a main strategy to collect and analyze primary data and study the relationships between variables.
Statistical processing was carried out using the IBM SPSS version 26 package and Smart PLS 3 for path analysis as the main statistical software package.
The results showed that (relative advantage, information quality, security and privacy, anxiety and trust) have a statistically significant impact on the e-citizens‟ satisfaction.
Regarding the mediator, the results also revealed that trust has a mediating role in the effect for ( relative advantage, complexity ,compatibility and information quality) on ecitizens‟ satisfaction.
