Arabic Abstract

يهدف هذه البحث إلى التعرف على العوامل التي تؤثر على نية ريادة الأعمال التقنيه استنادا إلى نظريه السلوك المخطط.

بالإضافة إلى تحديد مستوى التأثير لكل متغير على نية الريادة التقنية.

استخدمت الدراسة المنهج الوصفي التحليلي لجمع البيانات من خلال استبيان و اشتملت عينه الدراسة على 450 مجيب، و تم تطبيق IBM SPSS الإصدار 26 و 3 SmartPLS على البيانات التي تم جمعها لإجراء نمذجة المعادلة الهيكلية (SEM) لتشخيص ليس فقط نموذج القياس، و لكن أيضًا بنية المتغيرات.

و أظهرت النتائج أن الموقف و السيطرة السلوكية المتصورة و الابتكار التكنولوجي و التحفيز الجوهري له تأثير إحصائي هام على نية ريادة الأعمال التقنيه و عندما توسط الموقف في العلاقة بين المتغيرات المستقلة و المتغير التابع كان له تأثير اقوى من العلاقة المباشرة في متغير التحفيز الجوهري و التعليم و في متغير الابتكار التكنولوجي كانت العلاقة المباشرة أقوى.

و بناءً على النتائج فقد تمكن الباحث من تقديم العديد من التوصيات التي من الممكن ان تنعكس إيجابا على نية الإفراد تجاه ريادة الإعمال و منها زيادة الاهتمام بريادة الإعمال التكنولوجية من قبل المنظمات المحلية و الدولية.

English Abstract

This research aims to determine the factors affecting the intention towards technopreneurship based on the theory of planned behavior.in addition to determining the level of influence for each variable on technopreneurship intention.

The study used the descriptive analytical approach to collect data through a questionnaire.

The study sample consisted of (450).

Version 26 of IBM SPSS and SmartPLS 3 were applied to analyze the data collected to perform the structural equation modeling (SEM) to diagnose not only the measurement model but also the structure of variables The results showed that the attitude, perceived behavioral control, technological innovation and intrinsic motivation have an important statistical impact on the intention towards technopreneurship.

When the attitudemediated the relationship between the independent variables and the dependent variables, the effect was stronger from the direct relationship in the intrinsic motivation variable and education, whereas for the variable of technological innovation, the effect in the direct relationship was stronger.

Based on the results, the researcher was able to provide many recommendations that could have a positive effect on the intention of individuals towards technological entrepreneurship, Including paying more attention to technology entrepreneurship by local and international organizations
