Arabic Abstract
هدفت الدراسة التعرف إلى درجة ممارسة المشرفين التربويين للإشراف الإبداعي في دولة الكويت من وجهة نظر المعلمين و التعرف إلى الفروق ذات دلالة الإحصائية عند مستوى الدلالة (a≤0.05) في تقديرات أفراد عينة الدراسة لدرجة ممارسة المشرفين التربويين للإشراف الإبداعي في دولة الكويت من وجهة نظر المعلمين تعزى لمتغيرات (الجنس، و المؤهل العلمي، و سنوات الخبرة).
و تكونت عينة الدراسة من (400) معلم و معلمة من المعلمين و المعلمات في دولة الكويت، و تم اختيارها بالطريقة العشوائية الطبقية.
و تم تطوير أداة بلغ عدد فقراتها (37) فقرة، و تم التأكد من صدقها و ثباتها.
و توصلت الدراسة إلى عدد من النتائج منها : إن درجة ممارسة المشرفين التربويين للإشراف الإبداعي كانت بدرجة مرتفعة، و إن جميع مجالات الإشراف الإبداعي جاءت بدرجة مرتفعة، كما بينت نتائج عدم وجود فروق ذات دلالة إحصائية عند مستوى دلالة (a≤0.05) لدرجة ممارسة المشرفين التربويين للإشراف الإبداعي لجميع المجالات تعزى لمتغيرات الجنس و المؤهل العلمي، و أظهرت النتائج عدم وجود فروق ذات دلالة إحصائية عند مستوى دلالة (a≤0.05) لدرجة ممارسة المشرفين التربويين للإشراف الإبداعي لجميع المجالات تعزى لمتغير سنوات الخبرة باستثناء مجال الدورات التدريبية و جاءت الفروق الصالح (10) سنوات فأكثر.
و أوصى الباحث مجموعة من التوصيات منها : تعزيز امتلاك المشرفين التربويين في دولة الكويت لمهارات الإشراف الإبداعي.
English Abstract
This study aimed to identify the degree of educational supervisors' practice of creative supervision in the State of Kuwait from the teachers' perspective, and to identify statistically significant differences at the significance level (α≤ 0.05) by the study sample's evaluation of the degree to which educational supervisors practice creative supervision in the State of Kuwait from the teachers' perspective.
Due to variables (gender, academic qualification, and years of experience).
The study sample consisted of (400) male and female teachers who were selected randomly.
A questionnaire of 37 items was developed, and its validity and reliability were confirmed.
The results showed that the degree of educational supervisors’ practice of creative supervision was at a high level, and that all areas of creative supervision were of a high level.
The results also showed that there were no statistically significant differences at a significant level (α≤ 0.05) for the degree of educational supervisors’ practice of creative supervision for all fields due to variables of gender and academic qualification.
The results also showed that there were no statistically significant differences at the level of significance (α≤ 0.05) for the degree of educational supervisors' practice of creative supervision for all fields due to the years of experience variable except for the field of training courses and the differences came in favor of (10 years or more).
The study recommended a set of recommendations, including: Enhancing educational supervisors in the State of Kuwait possessing creative supervision skills.
