Arabic Abstract
هدفت الدراسة بشكل رئيس التعرف إلى أثر التغيرات الاجتماعية و الثقافية في المجتمع الأردني على ارتفاع جرائم السطو المسلح، و التعرف على الوسائل المقترحة للحد من جرائم السطو المسلح في المجتمع الأردني من وجهة نظر القضاة و المدعين العامين و ضباط الشرطة و المحامين، و لتحقيق أهداف الدراسة تم الاعتماد على منهج المسح الاجتماعي لجمع البيانات، و استخدام الاستبانة كأداة رئيسة لجمع البيانات، و تكونت عينة الدراسة من (1333) مبحوثاً، ممن تجاوبوا مع الاستبانة إلكترونيا، و ذلك بعد نشر الاستبانة إلكترونياً على مواقع التواصل الاجتماعي و البريد الإلكتروني، و تم تحليل البيانات باستخدام برنامج (SPSS) و استخدام أساليب التحليل الإحصائي الوصفي و التحليلي.
أظهرت نتائج الدراسة أن المستوى العام لأثر التغيرات الاجتماعية و الثقافية في المجتمع الأردني على ارتفاع جرائم السطو المسلح من وجهة نظر القضاة و المدعين العامين و ضباط الشرطة و المحامين جاءت بمستوى مرتفع، و قد بلغ المتوسط الحسابي العام لإجابات عينة الدراسة لأثر التغيرات الاجتماعية (3.802)، و بينت الدراسة أن أثر التغيرات الثقافية في المجتمع الأردني على ارتفاع جرائم السطو المسلح جاءت بمستوى مرتفع، و قد بلغ المتوسط الحسابي العام للإجابات (3.798)، و بينت النتائج أن المستوى العام للوسائل المقترحة للحد من جرائم السطو المسلح في المجتمع الأردني من وجهة نظر القضاة و المدعين العامين و ضباط الشرطة و المحامين جاءت بمستوى مرتفع، و قد بلغ المتوسط الحسابي العام للإجابات (3.829) و أوصت الدراسة من خلال نتائجها بعدد من التوصيات منها : وضع سياسات اجتماعية من قبل الجهات ذات العلاقة لإيجاد وسائل فاعلة للتقليل من الآثار السلبية المترتبة من التغيرات الاجتماعية و الثقافية على الشباب في المجتمع من خلال تحسين ظروفهم الاقتصادية و توفير فرص العمل لهم.
English Abstract
This study aimed at identifying the impact of social and cultural changes in the Jordanian community on increasing the rates of robbery crimes as well as identifying the suggested ways to reduce the crimes of armed robbery in the Jordanian community from the perspective of judges, attorney-General, police officers and lawyers.
In order to achieve the study objectives, the social survey approach was used to collect data and the questionnaire was used as the study instrument to collect data.
The study sample consisted of (1333) respondents who responded to the questionnaire online.
The data were analyzed using (SPSS) and the analytical and descriptive statistical approaches were used.
The results revealed that the general level for the impact of the social and cultural changes on increasing the rates of robbery crimes in the Jordanian community from the perspective of judges, attorney-General, police officers and lawyers was high, where the average mean for the response of the sample individuals to the impact of social changes was (3.802).
The results revealed that the level for the impact of cultural changes on increasing the rates of robbery crimes in the Jordanian community was high, where the average mean for the responses was (3.798).
The results showed that the overall level for the suggested methods to reduce the crimes of armed robbery in the Jordanian community from the perspective of judges, attorney-General, police officers and lawyers was high, where the mean was (3.829).
In the light of the results, the study recommended the necessity of setting social policies by the relevant authorities in order to find effective methods to reduce the negative consequences of social and cultural changes on the youth by improving their work conditions and providing them with work opportunities.
