This research dealt with the role of organizational citizenship behavior on accepting virtual education in light of the Corona pandemic by applying to the Alexandria University Faculty Arts، by proposing a system for virtual education in which the elements of organizational citizenship behavior represented in socially supported systemic behavior - additional role behaviors - work environment are combined Volunteer to accept virtual education in light of the Corona pandemic and a sample of 154 faculty members and final year students at the Faculty was surveyed، and the result of the research was moral the role of organizational citizenship behavior on accepting virtual education and reducing the negative effects of the Corona pandemic in the Arab Republic of Egypt.
