The objectives of the study are to clarify the identification of the relationship between the organizational level of the management of decision-making and the use of information necessary to improve the quality of administrative decisions in Kuwaiti universities, and to identify the extent to which management information systems are presented to the management of decision-making in Kuwaiti universities and the extent of the impact of the quality of information systems on enhancing responsibilities in Kuwaiti universities, in addition To examine the appropriateness of the information provided by information systems from the point of view of decision makers, and examine the extent of its impact on independence in decision-making and decision-making in Kuwaiti universities.
