Abstract EN

This research aims to identify the presence of toxic leadership in its dimensions (abusive supervision, authoritarian leadership, narcissism, self-promotion, unpredictability) as well as the level of organizational commitment in its dimensions (Affective commitment, continuance commitment, normative commitment) among workers in local government units in Menoufia governorate and determining the nature of the relationship between the two variables of the research.

The research population is represented by workers from different administrative levels of the local government unit in Menoufia governorate.

A representative sample was drawn to collect the data necessary for the research through distribution of a survey on the sample members (410 units).

Eventually, appropriate statistical methods were employed to analyze and test hypotheses.
