The study aimed to study the hadith of the Prophet in the books of Abu Shahba.

The researcher followed a descriptive, analytical, and inductive approach.

The most prominent findings of the study are: The difference in the approach of Abu Shahba in mentioning the hadiths in each book from the other is that the subject matter of each book is different.

He mentioned in his book (Defending the Sunnah) many authentic hadiths, but most of the hadiths in defense of the Sunnah are either authentic or good.

If Abu Shahba used an authentic hadith, he attributes it to the narrator of the above-mentioned hadith.

Sometimes (Abu Shahba) returns to intermediate references in the hadith, with the possibility of referring to the original source.

Most of the hadiths in the book of status that the Sheikh narrates do not mention the ruling on them, because it depends on the reader's understanding of the title of the book in general, and the title of the chapter or topic in particular.

The chain of transmission of the hadith is rarely mentioned in full; rather, it is sufficient to mention the highest narrator only, and sometimes he does not mention him either.

If he is presented with a case or presenting a story, then Abu Shahba supports his case first with the Holy Qur'an, then with the authentic hadith of the Prophet.

If he presents a problematic hadith, he only mentions what he believes and owes to the hadith, and he does not mention the rest of the sayings of the scholars in the hadith in which these forms may be resolved.
