Summary of research on the danger of leniency in ijtihad and fatwas in the modern era
The fatwa is a position of great sermons, great in esteem, and can only be given to those who fulfill the conditions of ijtihad that are considered by the fundamentalists.

The fatwa and the judiciary, although they are in agreement in describing the news about the rule of God Almighty, but the judiciary is a judicial obligation, unlike the fatwa, which has a religious consideration.

The fatwa is an imposition of sufficient conditions and the imposition of in kind in other cases.

Being negligent in issuing fatwas is a major sin, as it is speaking about God without knowledge.

Achieving moderation and moderation in fatwas, and following what is required by the evidence.

The one who is ignorant of the provisions of God Almighty and does not qualify for a fatwa is not permissible for him to take the lead in a fatwa in any case; Because of the dire consequences for the individual and society.

The following are the results of the questionnaire, which aims to confront extraneous ideas far from the Islamic perspective in the sources of legislation, ijtihad in rulings, and refutation of suspicions in the application of reason in Shari'a rulings without referring to the people of knowledge and specialists, with a qualitative study under the initiative (Confronting the Deviant Thought, Protecting a Nation), one of the qualitative initiatives supervised by the Unit Intellectual awareness at King Khalid University and keeping pace with the 2030 vision in the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia
