Abstract EN

In this research, I have clarified the concept of people with special needs, linguistically and idiomatically, as well as shedding light on the meanings of this term.

I also made it clear that Islam did not limit its attention to people with strength and health, but went beyond that to include all groups of society, so Islamic legislation came into consideration for that category that God Almighty afflicted her with her mental, sensory, or physical abilities, so He decided for them to enjoy all the rights that He decreed for other healthy people.

Rather, they have other rights that they alone with in consideration of their conditions, so He relieved them of some of the costs, because the legitimate costs always come to take into account people's needs and abilities, which confirms Islam's interest in this weak group and that they are an integral part of society.
