Arabic Abstract

هدفت الدراسة تعرف مستوى فاعلية الإدارة بالتجوال في مدارس المرحلة المتوسطة في دولة الكويت من وجهه نظر المعلمين من خلال استخدام المنهج الوصفي المسحي، وتطوير استبانة تكونت من (27) فقرة تم التأكد من صدقها وثباتها، وقسمت إلى ثلاثة مجالات هي مجال إدارة الوقت ومجال الاتصال والتحفيز، ومجال التغذية الراجعة والتطوير، وزعت على عينة تم اختيارها بالطريقة العشوائية البسيطة، وتكونت من (211) معلما ومعلمة، وتوصلت الدراسة إلى أن مستوى فاعلية الإدارة بالتجوال جاء متوسطا، وعدم وجود فروق ذات دلالة إحصائية عند مستوى (as0.05) في تقديرات افراد عينة الدراسة لمستوى فاعلية الإدارة بالتجوال في مدارس الكويت المرحلة المتوسطة في دولة الكويت من وجهه نظر المعلمين تعزى لمتغير الجنس، ووجود فروق ذات دلالة إحصائية من وجهه نظر المعلمين تعزى لمتغير المؤهل العلمي، ولصالح فئة الدراسات العليا، ومتغير سنوات الخبرة ولصالح الصالح فئة (10) سنوات فأكثر، وأوصت الدراسة بضرورة تصميم برامج تدريبية لتعزيز وتطوير وتنمية مهارات وخبرات مديري المدارس في مجالات الإدارة بالتجوال، وتوفير الوقت الكافي لاكتشاف الحقائق، وتحديد المشكلات وتحسين الاتصال، وتحفيز المعلمين، وضرورة ربط منهجية الإدارة بالتجوال في آلية تفعيل الأداء الوظيفي التي تحقق الانسجام مع الأهداف الإستراتيجية الموضوعة والمراد تحقيقها في المدارس المهنية.

English Abstract

The study aimed to know the level of management effectiveness by roaming in middle school schools in the State of Kuwait from the teachers ’point of view, through the use of the descriptive survey approach, and the development of a questionnaire consisting of (27) items whose validity and consistency were ascertained, and divided into three areas: the field of time management and the field Communication, motivation, and the field of feedback and development were distributed to a sample that was chosen in a simple random way, and consisted of (211) teachers, and the study concluded that the level of effectiveness of management by roaming was average, and there were no statistically significant differences at the level of 1.15 في ( α )in Estimates of the study sample of the level of effectiveness of management by roaming in Kuwait's middle school schools in the State of Kuwait from the teachers ’point of view are due to the gender variable, and the presence of statistically significant differences from the teachers’ viewpoint attributed to the scientific qualification variable, in favor of the postgraduate class, and the years of experience variable in favor of the category ( 10 years or more), and the study recommended the necessity of designing training programs to enhance, develop and develop the skills and experiences of school principals in the areas of roaming management, and provide sufficient time to discover facts, identify problems, and improve The communication and motivation of teachers, and the need to link the management methodology with a tour in the mechanism of activating job performance that achieves harmony with the strategic goals set and intended to be achieved in vocational schools.
