The research dealt with the approach of controlling fatwas in contemporary Aqida issues, in an introduction and two studies, the first of which dealt with the definition of the term (approach, regulations, fatwa, and contemporary Aqida issues), and the qualities that the leader of the fatwa should have in contemporary issues, and the second topic dealt with the approach By which the fatwa is governed in contemporary Aqida issues and is summarized in: the discipline of the fatwa, the depth of rooting with the soundness of the method of reasoning, the investigation into the fatwa, the necessity of moderation and moderation, the fairness of the violator and its help in knowing the truth, taking caution in blood, honor and money, and demolishing the perverted idea and stray belief, And keenness to guide its owner.
