The field of judiciary and justice has never been in apart from technological developments as the latter has allowed judicial and legal institutions to benefit from this pounce by harnessing the digital revolution to serve justice and law but not to the extent required in the profession of arbitration, law and the justice system, as many aspire to further technological development.

Also lawyers and citizens alike hope to establish a complete justice system that uses modern age technology, the Internet, and electronic signature in litigation procedures and other procedures related to the completion of civil transactions in all state agencies, departments and ministries, so that everyone can access better justice and easier procedures with less expenses and less effort.

For these purposes, the virtual judiciary system was designed with the aim of overcoming the demerits of the traditional judiciary and improving its quality and system of functioning many developed countries began to rely on it.

Egypt also strives - during the past period - in spreading the digital community and activating the law enforcement system throughout all the republic by linking police departments with investigation authorities, his represented by the Public Prosecution office, reaching the courts of their levels with the aim of establishing a unified technological judicial system that contributes to facilitating litigation procedures and achieving prompt justice.
