Islamic jurisprudence has multiple sources between the traditional and the reasonable and its provisions are varied, including pure devotional and pure mental ones including those that combine the intellect and tradition.

This indicates the cognitive integration between reason and tradition in jurisprudence and its origins I chose to write in this topic to detect cognitive integration between reason and tradition and its impact in the structure of Islamic Jurisprudence showing the flexibility of Islamic legislation and its honour to human mind.

To respond to those who challenge the ability of the Islamic approach to keep pace with scientific development following the method of induction to the sayings of scholars, attribution of verses, documentation of tradition the judgment on what is contained in the two Sahihs as much as possible, indicating the words contained in the title of the research, then the purpose of cognitive integration between reason and tradition for fundamentalists and jurisprudential applications of cognitive integration between reason and tradition.
