Having the right awareness has a major and main role in the stability and progress of society, cohesion and sympathy of community members, self-preservation and respect for others.

It is also the safety valve for the nation to preserve its ideas lucid and pure preserving its principle to rise to the position that God wanted it to be.

If awareness is of great importance, then the concept of peaceful coexistence is no less important than it, especially at this time as the need for acceptance and peaceful coexistence with the other has become urgent so the conflict and jostle will disappear and the security and stability will be established.

Whereas the concepts of awareness and peaceful coexistence are of great importance and enormous and effective influence on the individual and society levels, I wanted to write a topic in one of the parts related to them under the title (Jurisprudence awareness in the field of courtesies and its role in achieving peaceful coexistence "a jurisprudential study") that I may have contributed a small part to achieving rapprochement And civilized communication and acceptance of the other and good coexistence with him.

The plan of this research included an introduction, two topics, and a conclusion.

As for the introduction: I dealt with mentioning the importance of this topic and the problem of the study.

In the first topic: I talked about jurisprudential awareness and peaceful coexistence in two demands.

In the second topic: I spoke about the role of jurisprudential awareness in the field of courtesies in achieving peaceful coexistence in two demands and in the conclusion: I deposited the most important findings and recommendations that I reached through the research.
