Abstract EN

E-commerce crimes are a global phenomenon and that they respect pose a serious threat to individuals personally and to institutions and countries, as their electronic security is at risk; So there must be legislation to limit these crimes as well as the existence of a mechanism to detect these serious crimes and how to prove them Since the invisibility factor in them is available to a large degree.

Therefore, I divided this research into an introduction and four topics.

In the introduction I dealt with the importance of the study, the reasons for choosing it, the method used and its plan.

The first topic dealt with what e-commerce crimes are and I dealt with the definition of search terms from the word crimes and the word e-commerce.

In the second I topic dealt with the images of e-commerce crimes and talked about the characteristics of e-commerce as transcending decisions and the difficulty of proving them and that it is less violent in implementation and needs privacy for the criminal Then I dealt with the images of these crimes which are the subject of the research and I limited the images of e-commerce crimes to the crimes of electronic signature, the crime of credit card burglary, the crime of tax evasion in e-commerce, the crime of commercial fraud in electronic commerce, the crime of electronic money laundering, the crime of deceptive advertising.

In the third research I talked about means of proving electronic commerce crimes I concluded with the fourth topic that dealt with jurisprudential and legal protection to reduce e-commerce crimes, and dealt with Western and Arab legislations that were enacted in order to limit the spread of these crimes.

Then I concluded the research with some findings and recommendations
